Low Impact Fitness. If you are looking for a fitness class that moves your body, mind and soul, MoveWell Fitness is for you. Join us for a fun and inspiring fitness class. Classes will include a variety of cardio and strength workouts, Tabata, drumsticks, chair exercise and more. All fitness levels are welcomed.  We use Revelation Wellness as a fitness tool to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Revelation Wellness mission is to “Love God, Get Healthy, Be Whole & Love Others.”
