Mental Health First Aid
Designed to increase mental health literacy and decrease stigma. Depression, anxiety, risk of suicide, traumatic events, psychosis, and substance abuse are some of the topics taught. MHFA course (2-hour self-paced; 5.5 hours in-person or virtual) focuses on recognizing the patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and appearance that shows there might be a mental health challenge. Participants are taught an action plan that they apply to non-crisis and crisis situations.

MoveWell Fitness Class
Revelation Wellness Fitness classes are designed to lead participants to health & wholeness rooted in Jesus Christ. Classes are a holy space of movement, worship, and community. Group classes are available in cardio and strength, host a RevWell Meet-up with a specific theme, bible teaching and work-out. This is ideal for gatherings with friends, family, church groups and team building events.

BLS Healthcare Provider (Medical)
This class is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. This course teaches, High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants and AED. Choose from an Instructor Led Classes (3 Hours). The Family and Friends CPR
Family and Friends CPR teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. No Certification provided

HeartSaver CPR/AED (Non-Medical)
Combines adult CPR, AED, and first aid training in a program designed for anyone in the community (non-medical) who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory or other requirements., or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Includes 2-year certification in CPR/AED (Adult, Child & Infant) First Aid is optional
