Capacity Wellness - The 2023 Game Changer Pitch Presentation Winner!
The Women's Business Center Game Changers 2023 program, sponsored by Wells Fargo was a yearlong program designed to empower Women Business Owners to become economically self-sufficient, increase financial knowledge, and enhance organizational and management skills. This program provided Women business owners with tools to implement strategies for productivity and profitability to improve risk management.
Heart Of A Woman Conference
Capacity Wellness was a presenter at the 2023 Heart of a Woman Conference (HOAW). This powerful event was dedicated to empowering women and igniting their unshattered dreams. Natalie Williams, Founder of HOAW believes that every woman has an extraordinary potential within her, waiting to be unleashed. HOAW equips women, inspires entrepreneurs, and minority businesses with the tools and mindset to overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams fearlessly. Capacity Wellness presented "Overcoming Pain in Women Entrepreneurs" at this year's event.
Health & Movement Pop-Up
The ultimate health and movement pop-up for the entire family! The SHE Healthy Woman Health and Movement Pop-up was a dynamic health event for the community. Featuring MOVEWELL FITNESS. Attendees were provided with valuable health education, health screenings, and exercise. Because of our community partnerships participants shopped for FREE! There were over 4,000 articles of brand new and gently used clothing, shoes and household items were given away. Over 200 persons served.
